Utilizing Lean Manufacturing Principles such as 8 Wastes, 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, POUS, Kanban, and APQP are just a few of the ways we provide our customers with the highest quality possible.
State of the Art
Today's customers require state of the art practices as well as facilities. We are currently completing a 60,000 square foot facility that will supply all internal burn to shape parts to our four manufacturing facilities. This new facility will allow us to respond even faster to the needs of our customers. Hol-Mac sees robotic welding as the future of manufacturing and currently has four in our facility. We also have over 50 CNC machines programmed through CAM and connected through DNC Interchange.

Hol-Mac has over 40 years in steel fabrication and value added services. Our investments center around expanding for the growth of our customers, employees, and company. Integrity is never compromised – we conduct our business consistent with truth, trust, and simply doing what is right. We have four manufacturing facilities with three in Bay Springs, MS and one in Winona, MS. Each facility has a core product and capability but due to common equipment we are able to produce products at the other facilities if needed.
